Our subcontracting work includes:

We develop and construct the oxy-fuel cut parts according to your specifications or produce them according to your drawings or CAD data.

We also take care of further processing on request.

This work includes welding, drilling, turning and milling on the most modern machines.

The combination of our extensive know-how with modern welding equipment, qualified welders and a welding engineer enable us to produce precise and durable welding constructions made of stainless steel, aluminium and steel.

Our contract welding work includes robot welding, tungsten inert-gas welding (TIG-welding), metal inert welding (MIG-welding) and metal active gas welding (MAG-welding).

We would especially like to point out our experience and versatility in the field of aluminium welding with different alloys. We are qualified in acc. with DIN 4113 (welding of supporting aluminium constructions) and comply with the requirements of the qualification certificate pursuant to DIN 18800-7 with additional qualification for welding stainless steel.

We are well familiar with large welded aluminium constructions with restricted tolerances consisting of aluminium supports and dam boards due to our in-house production flood protection systems, which consist of aluminium structures.

The use of CC technology is another advantage in processing large aluminium constructions.

Thanks to our modern and flexible machine fleet, our qualified personnel, which masters the entire production know-how like sawing, aligning, welding and machining any kind of material, our subcontracting department is able to offer you the production of individual parts and complex modules. Fast, economic and of the highest quality.

The high performance capacities of our subcontracting department become especially evident when it comes to processing large workpieces with tight tolerance limits.

With our qualified employees, IBS is capable of processing workpieces with a length of up to 8 m and a weight of up to 24 t with precise accuracy.

In order to meet the high quality demands on our products, we try to reduce our interfaces to a minimum.

Ranging from planning and production, assembly, finishing and test runs, we produce the most varied systems and modules in our workshops.

None of the components leave our subcontracting department before they are completely assembled and have passed extensive quality tests.
